Structural Engineer

We are looking for a structural engineer with 3 to 8 years of experience in the inspection, assessment, or rehabilitation of bridges and civil structures. The role involves site work, report writing, and design support for our consultancy and repairs projects across India.

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering required
• Experience in bridge inspection or NDT preferred
• Comfortable working at height, on site, and in all conditions
• Strong technical report writing skills in English

Senior Engineer / Project Lead

A senior-level engineering role with responsibility for leading project teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing technical quality across inspection and rehabilitation assignments. Suitable for engineers with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.

• M.E. / M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred
• Demonstrated experience in bridge rehabilitation or assessment
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary site teams
• Experience liaising with government departments or institutions an advantage

Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented operations coordinator to support project scheduling, resource planning, procurement, and site logistics across our active project portfolio.

• 3 to 6 years of operations or project coordination experience
• Experience in a construction or engineering environment preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Accounts Executive

An accounts role responsible for day-to-day financial processing, billing, vendor payments, and supporting the preparation of management accounts in a small, professionally run engineering firm.

• B.Com or equivalent qualification
• 2 to 5 years of accounts experience, ideally in an engineering or professional services firm
• Proficiency in Tally or equivalent accounting software
• Familiarity with GST compliance and TDS workings
